This is a good video demonstration of the Failure Drill- aka the Mozambique. The scope of this drill:
- Fire 3 shots in a smooth cadence- 2 chest shots followed by a head shot
- The transition between shot 2 and shot 3 should be smooth with practice: let the gun rise with the recoil of shot 2 to train the sights on the head zone
- Apparently this drill can be effective in high winds
The results were solid- any of the 3 splits shown would end a fight. As time goes on wrist and trigger may be areas to focus on. At the same time I give this guy props for making it look easy.
